A. Minimum Qualification

BE Mechanical / BE Electrical / BE Civil

Any Post Graduate (Optional)

B. Year of Experience

3-4 Years in LEED Facilitation and Green Building Certification

C. Knowledge:

1. Green Rating Systems like USGBC LEED BD+C, EB, IGBC NC, IGBC Factories & GRIHA,

2. ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 62.1 & ASHRAE 55 Standards and ECBC Standards

3. Basic Knowledge on Building Physics,

D. Software & Tools

1. Ecotect or Equivalent ,Equest, Design Builder ,IESVE ,Rhino + Grasshopper.

2. Project Scheduling Software like MS Project.

3. Drafting software like AutoCAD.

E. Functional Skills requirements:

1. Performing ‘Feasibility Study” for Green Building

2. Assisting in Preparation of budget estimate for Green building Scope

3. Assisting in Preparation of the Green Building Design concepts/proposal

4. Assisting in Preparation of Green Building Project schedule

5. Preparing Green design recommendations for Architecture, Civil, HVAC, Electrical, PHE, Fire, and Control Systems

6. Preparing list of deliverables, drawings, photos, submittals required from project team

7. Preparing list of manufacturers for Green Compliant products and materials

8. Providing inputs for Daylight & Artificial Lighting Simulations

9. Assisting Client in implementing Green Measures

10. Visiting the Project Site to review on Green Implementation Measures

11. Facilitating and Collect necessary documents from Client/Project Site Team

12. Preparing inputs and performing Energy Modelling & Daylighting Simulations

13. Preparing & Submitting documentation as per Green Rating System requirements

14. Providing responses to Green Building Reviewer’s comments

F. Others:

Job requires traveling to Client’s offices and Project sites (India & Abroad)

Job location: Sivakasi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
