Greetings..!
We are looking for a capable and Design Engineers.

Preferably Male Candidates

Roles and responsibilities

1. Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing

and conducting research programs, and by applying principles of mechanics,

thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer and materials engineering.

2. Responsible for on-time completion of designs for parts, components and

assemblies within cost targets by conducting sufficient design reviews.

3. Responsible for designing the Casting, plastic, sheet metal and rubber

components and knowledge on manufacturing methods is important.

4. Capable of handling the projects individually without any supervision.

5. Produce design ideas, technical plans for prototypes using computer-aided

design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) software

6. Responsible for creating the Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing,

testing and assembly

7. Supports product sourcing, purchasing and selection as required by the design

process

8. Responsible for preparation of roadmap for design and development process

from SOR to till launch of the new product as per APQP approach.

9. Responsible for on-time completion design and development documents (Product

cost, DFM, DFA, DFMEA, FEA, DVPR and etc.) as per APQP approach.

10. Periodical review and follow up with cross functional team members for on-time

completion of products

11. Modify designs based on the FE analysis and to re-test, analyse until design

meets specification requirements

12. Analyse and manage multiple design related issues to identify root cause

13. Experience in ISO standards, ISO audits and documentation are plus.

Skills

1. Proficient in 2D and 3D solid works.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

3. Proficient in engineering drawings, engineering standards, dimensioning &

tolerance, drawing symbols, GD&T, engineering calculation, engineering materials,

tolerance stack-up analysis and etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 per year
