Full job description

Design Engineer, will play a crucial role in the product development process, contributing to the creation of innovative and functional solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing your technical expertise and creativity to design products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Ideation:
  • Generate creative and practical design concepts based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, market trends, and project goals.
  • Engineering Analysis:
  • Conduct feasibility studies and engineering analyses to ensure the viability and efficiency of proposed designs.
  • Utilize simulation tools and software to validate and optimize designs.
  • 3D Modeling and Prototyping:
  • Develop detailed 3D models using Computer-Aided Design (Solidworks) software.
  • Create prototypes and iterate designs based on testing and feedback.
  • Material Selection and Specification:
  • Research and select appropriate materials based on performance requirements and cost considerations.
  • Provide specifications for materials and work closely with the procurement team.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, marketing, and quality assurance.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to facilitate product certifications.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
